Last Resort? Open up the "MAP" on Second Life, and type in the Sim Name and Three Coordinates Manually:

Can you believe it's Pre-Launch time?
All pre-order customers are now eligible to receive their Fennux Pre-Order Crate(s)!
To receive the crate(s), you must visit a Sponsor Sim and click the "CLICK FOR YOUR CRATE(S)" sign. This is not available via Group Notices... do NOT use group notices to try to get a crate, it simply won't work.

All you need to do is rez the crate on your land, touch it, and click "Open Lid" and you're good to go.
(DO NOT COPY THE CONTENTS TO INVENTORY - THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT)
