Hey folks! We’re making some changes to the Fennux Sim.
We’re spending ~L$65,000 ($250+ USD) monthly for this sim alone, and let’s not even talk about the multiple servers we have that actually power The Fennux. 
We don’t need a full sim to run Fennux, Fawns, etc. – we never did – we just wanted a bigger presence in the community. Over time we expect all future properties to start sharing homesteads/sims/etc. It just makes sense.
Keep in mind, this is not the final form factor for the “Fennux Sim”, it’s just the current form that makes the most sense right now. We’ll probably redesign the sim to better encompass the ambience of Fennux, Fawns, etc, but for now we’re instantly saving money that can go towards product development instead of literally nowhere beneficial to our company.
This is something we’ve been wanting to do for a while, but it takes a lot of time/effort to move things around. Fortunately, Daemon is around daily now, so we’re finally getting back on track for what needs to be done. Less money wasted + more time to be around = more content showing up.
That being said, please landmark http://slurl.com/secondlife/PayHUD/115/163/23 for the Fennux Sim from now on. The Fennux sim will not be around for much longer and we want to make sure everyone is aware of the current location.
(We will probably change the homestead name from PayHUD to something else that better embodies all of our SL Properties, but for now it’s staying that.)
